Former First Lady Michelle Obama has released her workout playlist.
It’s no secret that Mrs. Obama is a fan of healthy living and being active. While her passions lie in reminding others to get fit, surely she has been setting a good example. The 56 year old looks in shape and toned. Her healthy living seems to have played a huge role in her remaining youthful.
To be as busy of a person as she is and still find time to work out is inspiring. You can also imagine how tough it may be for her to push herself to work out, given all of the things she deals with daily. One look at her playlist and we see where the energy comes from.
