Offset took to Instagram to announce the Culture III album to be released in 2020. This album is the “last chapter”.
With both Culture & Culture II going platinum, a third album was always expected. The Migos have been heavily active in the game and you can’t argue that they brought a different sound. It’s refreshing to see that the gang is continuing the charge as opposed to splitting like most groups.
In a recent interview with Hip Hop DX, Offset shared, “I can’t give too much away but like I mentioned, I’m always working and recording, thinking about what’s next.” After the group members dabbled in releasing their own projects, it’s great to see them thinking about what’s next as a group. However, you can’t help but wonder if he’s hinting at the group calling it quits after this next album.
“All I can say is stay tuned. We’ve got some exciting things coming up on the music side,” he continued.
