BALTIMORE, MD –
Another Friday is among us and it’s certainly another day to be thankful. Here’s what’s jumping on this new music Friday.
A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie Drops Artist 2.0.
We’ve been talking about this project for a few months and we’re happy to see Boogie followed through. On my older site, CTZNSIX, we posted about Boogie’s plans to take a break from music after dropping his next project. Well, that moment has arrived. Now, it will be a test to see if this album is really worth a ‘goodbye’.
Fetty Wap returns with ‘Trap B’ mixtape.
It’s ironic that just last week, I mentioned how much I missed Fetty Wap. We played his old hit “679” on Brian’s World Baltimore and I couldn’t resist.
Fetty is talented and was one of my favorites a few years ago.
Now, he’s returned with a 7 track mixtape (-ish). Here’s Trap B. It’ll be interesting to see how this project unfolds over the weekend.
Boosie and MO3 drop Badazz MO3 mixtape.
Boosie has been in the headlines a lot lately and it hasn’t been for music. But, as one of our generation’s favorite high-pitched voices out of the south, Boosie dropping new music is always worth a listen.
He’s teamed up with MO3 to drop Badazz Mo3.
Also excited about The Weeknd’s album announcement and Migos’ new video.
While Abel (The Weeknd) didn’t drop anything today, it’s still exciting to see that he’ll be dropping soon. The Canadian-crooner shared the news of his upcoming album with an announcement earlier this week.
The trailer caused lasting goosebumps that even today, I’m still excited.
Migos, Travis Scott, and Young Thug drop video for ‘GNF’.
I’ve got to be honest; I love seeing these names together. These guys have all proven that they know how to make a hit. Today, they put their forces together to drop the video for ‘GNF’.
