BALTIMORE, MD –
Somethings get under our skin. As a matter of fact, something repetitively get under our skin and I don’t like that.
The journey of self-discovery is a dark one sometimes. Most of that pain is the result of us being hurt from failed expectations and difficult responses to the unknown. What I’ve noticed with myself is that I can learn to either prepare or distance myself from things that hurt me-
-as long as I’m aware of them.
Knowing ourselves allows us to conduct an “eyeball test” on situations and relationships. The more we understand about ourselves, the more we are able to curate our lives. Well, as much as possible.
