 Don’t Forget To Put Your Mask On First: My Struggle With Taking Care of ‘Me’

A good friend of mine made a statement the other night on the phone. He said, “I do better work for others than I do myself.” We had no conversation about it but I internalized those words because it’s something that I struggle with as well.

I love to put on other people’s masks before I put on my own.
